Deleting your account

In the app: Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. It removes your profile, garage, journal, inventory, events and photos. Spots and races you added stay on the map without your name. If you signed in with Apple, RC Hub also stops using your Apple ID, and it disappears from the apps listed under Sign in with Apple in your iPhone's settings.

Can't get into the app? Write to 2324mb@gmail.com from the email address on your account, and we'll delete it for you.

Reporting content or a member

Anything another member shares — a spot, an event, a vehicle, a profile — can be reported from the app, and any member can be blocked. Every report is reviewed within 24 hours.

To report something from outside the app, or to appeal a decision, write to 2324mb@gmail.com.

Signing in

RC Hub signs in with Apple or Google. You can also use it as a guest: everything you add stays on your iPhone, and when you create an account later the app offers to move it in.
