RC Hub
Terms of Use
Last updated 11 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Maksym Bator for the use of RC Hub. By using the app you accept them. If you do not, please do not use RC Hub.
1. Your account
You may use RC Hub as a guest with no account. To sync across devices or to post to the shared map, you need an account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you must be at least 13 years old to have one.
2. Your content stays yours
Everything you add — photos, machines, journal entries, spots, events — remains yours. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, and to show it to whoever your own settings say should see it. Your inventory is never shown to anyone but you. Your garage and your journal entries follow the visibility you choose for them — see the Privacy Policy for what each option means. Spots and events are shared with every member by design.
This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that are still working their way out of backups. Spots and races you added to the shared map are the one exception: their place information — name, location and description — stays available to other members after your account is deleted, without your name. The photos you attached to them are deleted with your account.
3. What you may not post
RC Hub carries content created by its users, and there is a line. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post:
- Anything unlawful, or content that infringes somebody else's rights;
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content targeting a person or group;
- Sexual content, graphic violence, or anything otherwise objectionable;
- Spam, scams, or commercial promotion dressed up as a spot or event;
- Another person's private information, including their home address;
- Spots that are dangerous, on private property without permission, or where flying or driving is prohibited;
- Deliberately false locations, duplicate entries, or places that do not exist.
4. Reporting, blocking and enforcement
Every piece of user content in RC Hub can be reported from the app, and any member can be blocked. Blocking is immediate: a blocked member's spots, events and profile stop appearing for you, and yours stop appearing for them.
We review every report within 24 hours and act on the ones that break these rules — by removing the content and, depending on how serious it is, suspending or terminating the account responsible. We may also remove content or suspend an account without a prior report, where the situation calls for it.
To report something from outside the app, or to appeal a decision, write to 2324mb@gmail.com.
5. Safety — please read this one
Radio-controlled models are not toys at the sizes and speeds many of them reach, and flying and driving them carries real risk of injury and damage.
- A spot appearing in RC Hub is not a statement that it is safe, legal, open to the public, or that you have permission to be there. Spots are added by other users, and we do not verify them.
- You are responsible for knowing and following the rules that apply where you are — including aviation regulations, registration and licensing requirements for aircraft, altitude and airspace restrictions, and any local rules on noise, access and land use.
- Events listed in RC Hub are organised by their users, not by us. We are not the organiser and take no responsibility for them.
- Lithium batteries can catch fire if damaged, overcharged or stored incorrectly. Battery status shown in the app is a note you wrote yourself — it is a reminder, not a safety system, and it is no substitute for correct charging and storage practice.
6. The model catalogue
RC Hub includes a reference catalogue of models with schematics, exploded views and manuals gathered from manufacturers and public sources. It is provided for convenience and as is. It may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong for your particular version of a model. Always check the documentation that came with your model before working on it. Manufacturer names and documents remain the property of their owners.
7. Availability
We try to keep RC Hub working and your data safe, but the service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost data, or for injury or damage arising from your use of models, spots or events found through the app.
8. Ending it
You can stop using RC Hub at any time and delete your account from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms.
9. Changes
If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes and the app will point you at the new version. Continuing to use RC Hub after a change means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
